This Journal Book
was Born from
my personal experience

With these small steps, I discovered the strength of self-discipline. It gave me the motivation to reach for larger goals and empowered me to pursue them with hope and determination.

Diagnosed as bipolar as an adult, I found clarity during a difficult period of endless challenges. My moods were unpredictable, and my hyperactivity kept me in a constant state of alert, convinced the world was against me. Growing up, I felt out of place, relentlessly searching in various philosophies and lifestyles. In my thirties, everything I had painstakingly built—my career, physical health, and personal life—began to crumble under the toll of my undiagnosed mental illness. Unaware of my condition, I pushed myself too hard, setting increasingly ambitious goals like owning a business and grappling with the heartache of a failed desire to become a mother. This relentless pursuit led me into a deep depression, eventually culminating in a clinical diagnosis and hospitalization after three desperate attempts to end my life.

After a decade of struggle, introspection, and gradual healing, I was inspired to write “The Power of Each Day.” I found comfort and guidance in a simple yet powerful routine—a set of 5 small morning and evening steps that have led me towards daily victories and recovery. While we may not control every aspect of our lives, this routine has become my safe place amid life’s storms. My wish is that for 60 days and beyond, “The Power of Each Day” can offer you the same comfort, direction, and a profound sense of accomplishment it has given me.
